Ensure your fashion pieces remain in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags are still securely attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your generated prepaid shipping label and drop the parcel off at any Australia Post location or designated courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
